Azul is a 10 year old AQHA gelding with all the look and personality you could want. He’s got that perfect size at 15 hands with the color everyone searches high and low for. He is a TRUE blue roan with the pitch black points.
This guy is a ranch horse that knows his way around a rope and a day’s work. He will ride off on a lose rein or collect up right in the bridle. He has seen cattle on the heel side a handful of times, and has seen sites from Arizona to the Midwest. He is built like a big one, but dang sure can move with the best of them if asked.
You can ride him inside or outside the arena. We have yet to find any chaos that bothers this guy: cats, dogs, machinery, tarps, balls, cattle – you name it, he doesn’t blink twice at it. We have used him to snub colts and gather the less than friendly ones. He would make one heck of a rodeo pick up horse, branding partner, or keep him going down the trail.
He clearly wintered well, and is as easy of a keeper as they come. Let this guy shed out a bit, and you might just be drooling.
