This gal is super sweet, extremely personable, and the type anyone would crave to get babies out of. This gal is being sold as BROODMARE SOUND because she BUCKS. PLEASE READ IN FULL – we have owned this mare many, many years and she has been given the best chance to find a solution as a performance horse. We just think it is best at this time to sell her as a broodmare.
The bucking has come up over the last 2 years. We have lunged before getting on, and to let her get the bucks out – however, once you are on her she begins to feel as if she is slightly off. *It is felt more than it can be seen*, and sometimes she WILL start moving as if she is getting away from some type of pain.
She is a blast to ride, and really is as broke as they come when we are on her. In the past, we have injected her si and it seemed to make a difference – however, that was probably 4 years ago now. She has been sitting since, and has been ridden very occasionally to see how she feels. She does need shoes all the way around when riding regularly.
**I have had her looked at multiple times by the vet when she was younger, and the vet chalked it up to growing pains. This was because they just did NOT have a clue. If I had the extra money laying around, we would haul her south to a big time vet and get it figured out – however, we are cutting a loss at this time. We don’t want anyone to get hurt either!
